Off Chance Studio respects your privacy 

and gives you control over your data.

If you wish to delete your associated game data 

( such as user ID used for cloud save ), 

please follow the methods below:

Contact us via email: support@offchancestudio.com

Please include “[Game Data Deletion Request]” in the subject line.

 In the body of your email, make sure to include your UID (User ID).

You can copy your UID using the "Copy UID" button available 

in the game settings or profile screen.

> What data is deleted

• Your UID (User ID) used for linking cloud save 

• Saved progress and gameplay history stored in our database (e.g., Firestore)

> Data retention policy

• All requested data will be removed within 7 days

• Any remaining backups will be deleted within 30 days
